ALL plans include free unlimited email support of our product directly with our developers.
Call minutes are calculated from answer to hangup in 6 second increments, 18 second minimum (Some int'l billed 60 second min/incr).
No charge for busy, no answer calls.
SMS U.S. billed approx. $0.04 to $0.05 per SMS part.

What is a Sender Email?
A Sender Email is the FROM: email address you choose to use for sending emails to Vocal Notify.
The Sender Email may be an automated monitoring system, web site or human.
One Sender Email may email TO: an UNLIMITED number of different phone numbers.
Or, one Sender Email may email to any Stored Escalation list, by name.
What is a Stored Escalation List?
A Stored Escalation List is a named list of phone numbers to be called.
Simply use your list name instead of a phone number when emailing Vocal Notify.
Your list(s) may have multiple phone numbers and scheduling, such as priority, date and time.
Is there a Product Demo?
Yes.
We offer a 15 day, 20 minute Demo option to qualified companies.
Sign-up and Select Plan "Free Demo".
Be sure to provide 'real' company information or your trial may be denied.
You will receive a Welcome email and access information once your account is setup.
Simply Upgrade to a paid plan online before your Demo period ends.
Can I upgrade to a different plan later?
Yes. You may upgrade at any time.
Downgrades may be subject to a 1 month 20% penalty.
Does the service work for Canada?
Yes. Almost all of Canada is the same price as the U.S.
Only the Yukon and Northwest Territory may be higher.
Does the service work Internationally?
Yes. Our system can call anywhere in the world.
International rates may be higher.

What if I need help?
Our product is supported by the product development team to ensure your success.
Email us what your trying to accomplish and we will provide suggestions how best to do it.

We provide unlimited email support for our products.
What if the service doesn't work for me?
We will refund any unused balance if you are unsatisfied within the first 30 days of service.
After 30 days, 20% cancellation fee is applied to refunded balance.
Can my company pay by check?
Standard and Premium plans may be invoiced monthly - CORPORATIONS ONLY.
We do not invoice Basic plans, they will require a credit card.
We invoice monthly service fees, additional usage, applicable taxes - net due upon receipt.
You will need to contact accounting for approval and make arrangements for billing.

How are minutes billed?
Call billing starts when the remote end answers and ends when the call hangs up.
All U.S. calls are billed a minumum of 18 seconds and in increments of 6 seconds.
Calls made in excess of the monthly plan amount are billed in addition to the plan amount.
International calls may be higher depending on country.

Do I pay for busy or no answer?
No. Calls that receive a busy signal or no answer do not incur any charge.
We only bill minutes once a call is connected.
How is SMS billed?
SMS messaging is billed per part and type. Pricing varies depending on destination and carrier surcharges.
GSM-7 type is 7-bit basic text. GSM-7 parts are 160 or 153 characters.
USC-2 type is 16-bit characters. USC-2 parts are 70 or 53 characters.
International SMS billing is different for each destination.
